Hornblower Dream Wedding
TO ENTER: You will automatically be entered when you submit valid information in the required fields on the Hornblower Cruises & Events ("Hornblower") website registration page on the internet prior to March 31, 2010. In addition, you may enter via mail as specified below. The winner will be selected randomly on or after April 1, 2010. Winner will be notified by phone or email on or there after April 1, 2010 by a Hornblower representative.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST: Entries may also be made by mail by entering a letter with your contact information (first name, last name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, phone and email address) and the words "Hornblower Dream Wedding Contest", postmarked by March 31, 2010, to Hornblower Dream Wedding Promotion, Pier 3 on the Embarcadero, Hornblower Landing, San Francisco, CA 94111. Only one entry per person allowed. All entries are subject to the eligibility requirements and other rules listed.
PRIZE: One winner will be selected. The Hornblower officials in the selected Hornblower California port will make arrangements for the wedding cruise out of the port only for up to 50 people on a mutually agreed upon date. The cruise must occur before December 1, 2011. The prize includes:
- 3 hour yacht time
- Ceremony with Captain Officiate

- DJ Entertainment for 3 hours

The Hornblower staff will select the equipment [boat] and the Hornblower staff reserves the right to substitute equipment at any time prior to departure. The Hornblower staff will select the menu for the event and will be able to substitute items on that menu if necessary. The winner will be responsible for transportation to the Hornblower designated port for the cruise departure. Any costs beyond the basic package are the sole responsibility of the winner. All applicable laws apply. All taxes and fees are to be paid by the winner, including any applicable income tax. If the cruise is not taken before December 1, 2011 it will be forfeited.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to participate, you must be a US citizen or permanent legal residents over the age of 21 years as of March 31, 2010. Employees, agencies and suppliers of Hornblower and their family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Along with a winner notification letter, winners will be asked to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release, which, among other provisions, releases Hornblower and its suppliers from any and all liability related to this promotion or acceptance of the prize. Winners may be required to provide taxpayer information, and may be required to sign other legal documents or provide additional proof of eligibility. Failure to return a properly completed affidavit, release and other required documents within two weeks after notification will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. An alternate winner will be selected and they will subject to all of the requirements and limitations in these Official Rules. By accepting this prize, the winner and all participants in the winning cruise agrees to allow the use of his or her name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on the entry form, in any media now known or hereafter invented and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes by Hornblower and its affiliates, without further compensation. Hornblower reserves the right to take photographs or recordings of the winner/winning company cruise, own the rights to said photographs or recordings and use them for any purpose, including advertising or promotion.
MISCELLANEOUS: Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Hornblower is entitled to interpret these rules as needed and their decision is final. Hornblower reserves the right to correct typographical, clerical or printing errors in any material regarding this promotion. If you would like the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope after April 1, 2010 to Hornblower Dream Wedding Promotion, Pier 3 on the Embarcadero, Hornblower Landing, San Francisco, CA 94111.
